APC is applicable only after your manuscript has been formally accepted following peer review. No charges are levied at the time of submission.
Refund Policy
JIMPHE is committed to a fair, ethical, and transparent refund policy aligned with internationally recognized publication standards.

To Request a Refund: Send a written refund request to editor@jimphe.com within 7 working days of your transaction date. Please include your payment receipt or proof of transaction. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days through your original payment method.
Terms & Conditions
By completing payment on this page, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
- Your payment information will be securely processed through our payment partner Razorpay in compliance with applicable data privacy laws
- APC paid for accepted manuscripts is non-refundable once the publication process has commenced
- JIMPHE reserves the right to revise its APC structure at any time, with prior notice to authors
- Submission of payment confirms acceptance of JIMPHE's editorial and publication policies
